We offer counseling to the elderly, their families and even adolescents and children. We offer a variety of counseling such as Grief Recovery, Drug and Alcohol, Cognitive and Supportive Counseling and accept most major insurances.

Telehealth Counseling

Pando Geriatric Counseling is now offering Telehealth to rural nursing homes and assisted living facilities at no cost to the facility outside Douglas, Lancaster and Sarpy county. Contact us for more information and how to get it started in your community.

On-site Counseling

The troubles of getting out of your house or facility can be one of the biggest challenges of getting help when getting older. We offer on-site counseling at a variety of nursing homes and can offer in home counseling sessions.

In-office Counseling

We offer individual, marriage, family and group counseling sessions in a quiet, comfortable and confidential setting. We work with a variety of challenges with many therapeutic techniques that will offer the best fit for you.

Training & Seminars

At Pando we recognize the unique challenges of working with the elderly and feel it's important your staff is adequately trained to handle your unique clientele. We offer on-site training and seminars for your employees.

Our facility's residents have greatly benefited from the counseling services Pando Geriatrics is able to provide to them. It allows them to have the much needed extra support to process through the many different emotions that can occur in LTC for an older adult and it enhances the quality of life for them being able to do so.

Mindy Crouch

Mindy Crouch is a fully licensed mental health therapist and a grief recovery counselor. She has over 10 years experience in the Human Services field. Mindy has personal experience with the geriatric population having 3 grandparents live with her, 2 of whom had Alzheimer's. She focuses on depression, anxiety, loss and grief.

Jessica Cole

Jessica obtained a Master’s of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University in 2014. Additionally, she has a certificate in gerontology and has 5 years experience in the social work field. As a military spouse, Jessica is not a stranger to the unique challenges of military members and veterans. She is passionate about helping older adults work through issues such as grief and loss, end-of-life decisions, chronic diseases, and overcoming obstacles faced when transitioning to assisted-living facilities. Her hobbies include spending time with her husband, traveling, cooking, trying new restaurants, and playing with her golden retriever, Beignet.

Néné graduated with a master of social work in December 2016. She knew that she wanted to work in a field that would allow her to help others, and make a difference in their lives, big or small, and Néné knew early on that being a social worker would allow her the opportunity to do so. Néné wants to help others overcome difficult obstacles within their lives so that they are able to live happy, healthy and productive lives.

Aaron was born and raised near Omaha, Nebraska. He has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and earned his Master's degree in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Aaron practices Person-Centered therapy meaning he works in partnership with his patients to work on issues important to them. He considers himself open-minded, warm, professional and above all else a good listener. Aaron has been passionate about the field of Psychology for over half his life and is proud to be offering help to anyone seeking it.

Angela Erickson

Provisional Mental Health Counselor

Angela is a provisionally licensed therapist that earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in 2016. She sees adolescents and adults, with a passion for working with the geriatric population and their families, who face difficulties with physical, emotional, and psychological changes as they transition through the later years of life. Angela offers supportive and encouraging treatment options with a holistic, integrative approach to client-centered therapy, using traditional psychodynamic and family systems work, cognitive behavioral techniques, and dialectical behavior techniques. Angela has diversified experience working with grief, trauma related disorders, complex personality disorders, and is trained in clinical hypnosis.

Tanya Keith has over 20 years of experience and is fully licensed as clinical social worker and mental health therapist. She brings a holistic view of therapy understanding each individual is as unique as their experiences. She has worked with teens, young adults and most recently enjoyed her experience working as a medical social worker with the elderly for numerous years.

Jill McCarty

Jill McCarty is a licensed clinical social worker that has over twenty years experience in the social work field. She graduated from University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2000 with her MSW. She has worked in long-term care, home health, hospice and most recently as a trauma discharge planner at a local hospital. Her love of the elderly started at a very young age as she would go with her father, who was a physical therapist, when he provided treatment to patients in long-term care facilities and witnessed first hand, true compassion for the well being of the elderly population.

Monica is a provisionally licensed therapist working under the supervision of a qualified and licensed therapist at Pando Geriatrics Counseling. She believes in collaboratively working with older adults and bases her therapeutic approach on the individual needs of each client. Monica provides a supportive atmosphere where she can help you or your loved one through the problems that are affecting your life.

Jodi Ramold

Jodi has been a social worker for over 20 years. She graduated form University of Kansas in 2000 with a Masters in Social Work. Jodi has over 15 years clinical experience; most of those years having been in the medical field working with people of all ages including a large geriatric population. She feels understanding the difficult issues and transitions that the geriatric population faces, including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, loss of independence, fear, and many others has helped her from her approach to therapy.

Andi Rossitto-Willets

Andi Rossitto-Willets is a fully licensed mental health therapist and a licensed drug and alcohol counselor. She has over 10 years of experience in the Human Services field. Kelly Rupp

Kelly has been a clinical social worker and mental health therapist with a focus on the geriatric population since 2003. His passion is helping others and advocating for our adult and aging population. Kelly moved from Pennsylvania to Omaha in 2011 and loves the area. Kelly is engaged and has 9-year-old twin boys that keep him very busy. Relationships are everything and drives his purpose to serve others.
